Return Policy

Returning online purchases: If for any reason you want to return an online purchase, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
You can return your order by courier.
Once we receive your returned items, we will give you a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same method that you used to make the purchase.
How do we process the return of your order? You have to let us know by sending an email to dorinasvet2@gmail.com.
Prepare the items in their original packaging or in another cardboard box, together with the order confirmation that you should have received via email and finally ensure the box is properly sealed.
If you would like to exchange your order, lets us know to reserve the item and once we receive the returned item we will ship your order.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us by sending an email to dorinasvet2@gmail.com.
All products purchased on Dorina Boutique are carefully checked to ensure they are free of defects.
